I am absolutely honored to have the opportunity to speak with Nikki Smith, she is single-handedly one of the most well-known individuals in the climbing industry and is a sheer force of nature that champions inclusivity, equality, and access to the sport that we all love. She's not shy about letting us know the very tools that we use to be successful at this sport are the very same ones that can be repurposed to change the sport and make it better for everyone.
